Hannah DeSantis is a pediatric occupational therapist (OT) who has been practicing for over 16 years in a variety of settings, including children's hospitals, outpatient clinics, and early intervention. Hannah provides private OT services and developmental wellness consults for children (birth-3 years old) in their home environment, and she is licensed in NJ and PA. Hannah is also a Certified Educator of Infant Massage (CEIM) and teaches private and group classes. In these classes, she teaches caregivers the head-to-toe massage strokes and all the benefits of massage for babies and their families.

Amy Benedetto is a a high school English teacher, retreat host/workshop leader for Enjoy the Journey, and a sound bowl and Reiki facilitator. She blends mindfulness with education, bringing practices like breath-work, grounding, and reflective awareness into both her classrooms. Her dedication to whole-person learning led her to become SEL/F certified and complete her Reiki II attunement, strengthening her ability to support emotional intelligence and well-being in both academic and community spaces.
Amy is fulfilling a lifelong dream of offering healing in many forms—from sound and energy work to the reflective, heart-centered experiences she designs for her community. Her work includes creating and leading retreats, but also extends to sharing practices that help people reconnect with themselves in everyday life. She believes nature is the biggest healer and does her best to spend a lot of time observing and honoring its many gifts and lessons.
Laura was introduced to breath-work by a friend who was a facilitator. It was a heavy year of her life and she created a daily meditation practice that was helping her find ease in the tough times. Yet, she was feeling as though she was ready for more of a transformation. Her friend led her through her first breath-work experience and it was powerful. Something big had shifted in Laura and she became fascinated with the power of using our breath to shift energy and emotion. Laura is immensely passionate about sharing breath-work and has enjoyed witnessing the healing it can bring to people.

31 years ago, living on the island of Kauai, Hawaii, Julie was introduced to energy work through her mom who had become a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner. Having personally experienced the results of vanishing severe migraines, Julie began her journey into the mystical world of energy. Life turned into world-wide adventures and in 2010, Julie and her family landed in New Jersey. In 2023, she became a certified yoga teacher, offering yoga to people of all abilities. Soon, she continued her energy work journey and received her Usui & Reiki Master Teacher & Practitioner Certification.
