Salt+

All events & classes are held in the Salt Studio, enhanced by the healing atmosphere of halotherapy.

Sound Bath

Make time to relax into sensory, salty goodness with a sound bath in our salt studio.

Enjoy deep relaxation and an energetic reset with the soothing vibrations of the crystal bowls, gong, and chimes.

Sound baths help our physical and energetic bodies step out of fight or flight mode and sink into deeper theta wave frequencies for stress reduction, healing, and overall wellbeing.

Sound baths have been known to reduce anxiety, help lower blood pressure, heart rate, and improve sleep, promoting long-lasting inner peace. 

Some other benefits may include a sense of feeling energetically “lighter,” having a renewed sense of clarity, and may even help create a newfound sense of purpose and connection with the Self and others.

Tai Chi

Experience the calming, restorative benefits of Tai Chi through mindful movement and breath. This class supports balance, immune and lymphatic health, respiratory function, and healthy blood pressure while promoting deep relaxation, better sleep, and emotional wellbeing. Movements are gentle and accessible, with class routines changing periodically to encourage growth and renewal.

IV Therapy

Relax into our salt studio and nourish your body with personalized, vitamin-infused IV drips designed to support energy, immunity, hydration, recovery, beauty, and overall wellness.

Each session is crafted with care - relaxing, supportive, and tailored to what your body needs so you can reset, replenish, and leave feeling your absolute best.

Booking will secure your spot in the studio, an additional fee will apply depending on your IV selection.

DIY

Bath Salts Tea

A twist on the typical bath salt. Instead of filling a jar, you'll fill a teabag-style pouch perfect for steeping in a bath. We'll provide everything you need - salts, botanicals, essential oils, and the guidance to craft your own custom soak!

Infant Massage Instruction

In this class, you will learn and practice head-to-toe infant massage strokes to help soothe your baby's tummy troubles, relieve muscle tension, and improve sleep patterns. Massage also helps reduce stress for you and your little one, while nurturing early bonding through loving, positive touch.

Reiki & Sound

Meditation

A  transformational meditation by quieting the outside world to focus on the breath and inner peace. Julie intuitively creates the soothing sound journey, utilizing breath-work, vibrational tones of different instruments (including though not limited to) chimes, rain stick, ocean drum, and perhaps the gong enhanced by the healing energy of Reiki.

Open your heart and experience the release of tension, reduced stress and overall wellbeing. The mind will quiet and the body will restore.

Partner Reflexology

Reflexology is a wonderful way to balance the body naturally and can be used from birth throughout one's life. Pressure is applied on the reflex points of either the face, hands or feet to stimulate the neural pathway that connect to the internal organs in the body. This produces a balance that supports the whole body system.

This is a fun and interactive class that teaches participants the basic knowledge of reflexology. The students learn simple ways that reflexology can alleviate many discomforts within the body naturally. Make sure your partner signs up, too!

Mindful Community Circle

The Mindful Community Circle is a guided, intentional gathering centered on grounding, reflection and presence. Sessions may offer simple breathing, moments of stillness, personal or group reflection, and gentle guidance that invite participants to slow down and feel more settled.

The circle is held as a conscious community space rooted in shared presence, offering an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and with others through intentional pause. 

Cacao Ceremony

The cacao ceremony is a deeply relaxing, heart-expanding event, lovingly curated with intention to simultaneously foster both a deeply personal and community experience.

The ancient energy of the cacao plant has something unique to offer to everyone as we open our hearts to connect with the sacred “medicine” of the plant. 

The evening will include home-made, ceremonial grade cacao, intention setting, breath-work, guided visualization, sound, and stillness in our halotherapy room.

Sunrise Journey ~Journal Edition~

Participate in a journey of self-reflection that provides a safe space to create and share in a small group setting. Your facilitator, with a masters and a license in social work will guide you through a sunrise journey. This personalized journey will take you through change, explore vibrant milestones, touch on tough times, and encourage growth and confidence building. A journal with colored pencils will be provided to every participant. This class requires no previous art experience. This is a unique, relaxing, and contemplative experience where you are welcome to relax during your salt treatment while having a guided journal session that explores topics like change, milestones, hardships, reflection, resilience, and so much more.

Salty Stretch

Step into a deeply calming environment where gentle movement meets restorative stillness. Your guided group stretch class takes place inside the tranquil salt studio, where you’ll be seated on the comfortable natural cushions. You will be guided through a series of slow, gentle stretches designed to lengthen, loosen, and relax major muscle groups.

This class helps relieve stress stored from daily activities or intense workouts. The therapeutic salt-infused air supports clearer breathing while enhancing the soothing atmosphere, allowing your body and mind to fully unwind. Soft lighting, quiet ambiance, and the grounding presence of salt crystals create a peaceful environment that enhances the overall benefits of your stretching practice.

Suitable for all levels, this class is ideal whether you’re looking to ease muscle tightness reset your nervous system, or simply enjoy a unique wellness experience. 

Wear comfortable clothing, breathe deeply, and leave feeling refreshed, centered, and restored.

MYO Salty Soap

Customize your own Himalayan Salt Soaps! We will be making glycerin soap bars. Design yours with your choice of essential oils and botanical additions.  This class would be a great Mother’s Day gift experience for the moms in your life. 

Breath-work

This practice uses a rhythmic breath pattern to help move stuck energy, emotion and stress from the body. The breath helps to quiet the thinking mind and feel more into your body. Offering you the opportunity to release emotion, stress, trauma and old patterns. Allowing space for transformation and living a life more aligned with your true authentic self.

Optional reiki during the session is available.

Energy Meridian Tapping

Allow yourself to let go of old patterns, habits, beliefs, and emotions while inviting in new, positive thoughts and behaviors with a Tapping session! Tapping is a powerful, transformational tool that helps calm our fight, flight, and freeze response. It can assist with re-wiring our thoughts and the ways in which we respond to our triggers, handle stress, emotions, responsibilities,  and return to a place of power and peace. Learn how to tune down your body's fight, flight, or freeze response when you feel nervous, anxious, overwhelmed, anger, or grief. In this session you will learn how to train your nervous system to redirect the flow of energy in your body, bringing in peace, balance, harmony, and a sense of overall well being.

Self-care Hand Reflexology

Hand reflexology is a therapeutic practice based on the idea that specific points on the hands correspond to different organs, glands, and systems of the body. By applying pressure to these points, this promotes relaxation, improve circulation, and supports overall wellbeing.

Individuals are encouraged to partake as well as pairs willing to work on each other.
